Terms of Service
Plain version: we provide an AI receptionist for your business, you pay a plan plus per-second talk time, there's no long-term contract, and you're responsible for using it lawfully — including telling your own callers about recording where the law requires.
Effective July 1, 2026 · Call Vault Inc.
The service
Call Vault provides an AI-powered phone receptionist that answers calls, books appointments, captures leads, and routes calls according to the configuration set up for your business.
Plans and billing
- Call Vault — a monthly plan that includes a set amount of talk-time minutes: Front Desk ($99 CAD/mo — 300 minutes), Switchboard ($199 CAD/mo — 650 minutes), Exchange ($349 CAD/mo — 1,200 minutes), Call Center ($599 CAD/mo — 2,200 minutes), or Pay-as-you-go ($0 CAD/mo, no included minutes). Talk time beyond the included amount is billed at the plan’s per-minute overage rate ($0.45 CAD, $0.40 CAD, $0.35 CAD, and $0.30 CAD respectively; Pay-as-you-go is $0.99 CAD/min). All talk time is measured and billed by the second, never rounded up. There is no setup fee and no contract. Every receptionist feature is included on every plan; custom integrations and outbound campaigns are quoted per build.
Monthly fees are billed in advance; overage usage is billed in arrears. Talk time is measured to the second and never rounded up. Applicable taxes are extra. Custom integrations are quoted separately.
No long-term contract
Plans are month-to-month and you may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future monthly billing; usage already incurred remains payable.
